Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mentionable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Mentionable is an AI visibility tracking platform that monitors whether AI language models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok) mention or recommend your website in response to prompts. The Service provides tracking, analytics, and recommendations to help improve your AI visibility.

User Accounts

To use Mentionable, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Track websites you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans. During the trial period, you have full access to the features of your selected plan. After the trial ends, you will be charged unless you cancel.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mentionable and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That tracking results are accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

AI language models may change their behavior, APIs, or responses at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee consistent tracking results or that improvements in AI visibility will lead to increased traffic or revenue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentionable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mentionable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of France.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
