Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name (if provided). If you sign up using Google OAuth, we receive your basic profile information from Google.
Project Data
When you create a project, we store the website URL you provide and the prompts you choose to track. We also store the results of AI visibility scans, including which LLMs mention your website and in what context.
Payment Information
We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment processing securely. We only store a reference to your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product and troubleshoot issues.
How We Use Your Information

- To process your subscription and payments
- To send you tracking results and alerts you've enabled

- Stripe: For payment processing
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity): We send your tracked prompts to these services to check visibility. We do not share your personal information with them.
- Analytics services: To understand usage patterns (anonymized where possible)
- Email service providers: To send you transactional emails and alerts
Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Scan history retention depends on your plan:
- Starter plan: 30 days of history
- Pro and Agency plans: Unlimited history
If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
